REFUND POLICY

1. Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your Bezen Labs order for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund. No lengthy explanations required. We trust our customers.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund your request must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date as shown by your tracking information. Refund requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted except in cases of wrong or damaged items as described in Section 4.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund contact us at:
Include the following in your email:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The reason for your refund request (optional but helpful for us to improve)
We will respond within 1 to 2 business days to confirm your refund. No need to return the product — you may keep it.
4. Wrong or Damaged Items
If you received the wrong product, a damaged item, or something missing from your order you are fully covered regardless of the 30-day window. To process this type of refund we require proof of the issue:
- A clear photo or video showing the wrong item, the damage, or the missing contents
- Your order number
Send both to support@bezenlabs.com. Once we verify your submission we will issue a full refund or send a replacement — whichever you prefer. You do not need to return the item.
5. Subscription Orders
If you are on a subscribe and save plan and wish to cancel before your next renewal please contact us before your next billing date. If a renewal has already been charged and you wish to cancel and request a refund for that order please contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will honor the same happiness guarantee.
6. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider. We have no control over how long your financial institution takes to post the credit.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
We reserve the right to decline a refund in the following situations:
- The refund request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery with no documented issue
- There is clear evidence of misuse or intentional damage
- The order was placed using a fraudulent payment method
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product simply request a refund and place a new order.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days please first check your bank account and contact your card provider as processing times vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund contact us at support@bezenlabs.com and we will investigate immediately.
