SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Timeframes
We currently ship within the United States only. Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, standard delivery takes between 7 and 12 business days.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees — occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order please contact us at support@bezenlabs.com.
5. Product Condition
We take great care in how every order is packed and shipped. Your Bezen Labs Kids Detox Gummies are packaged to arrive in the best possible condition — sealed, protected, and ready to use. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping please see Section 6 below.
6. Wrong or Damaged Items
We stand behind every order we ship. If you receive the wrong product, a damaged item, or something is missing from your order we will make it right immediately.
To report an issue please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bezenlabs.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video showing the issue — the incorrect item, the damage, or the missing contents
Once we review your proof we will process a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you. No need to return the item.
7. Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please first check with neighbors and any safe drop locations around your address. If the package still cannot be located contact us at support@bezenlabs.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve it for you.
8. Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Bezen Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order contact us at support@bezenlabs.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
